1. Food is the most important medicine. Provide your body with essential nutrients, vitamins, and minerals necessary for optimal health. 

2. Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains & limit processed food 

3. Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise per week.

4. Maintain a healthy weight

5. Meditate, practise deep breathing exercises and yoga to beat stress.

6. Aim to get 20 minutes of sunlight exposure each day.

7. Engage in hobbies and activities you enjoy. 

8. Sleep each night, typically between 7 to 9 hours.

9. Drink enough water throughout the day. 

10. Moderate the consumption of alcohol.

11. Spend time with loved ones to  boost your mood

12. Simplify your life by getting rid of the things that you don’t need or use to free up space in your home and in your mind

13. Spend time in nature by going  for walks, hikes, or simply sit in your backyard and enjoy the fresh air.

14. Treat yourself with natural body massages.  These massages relax the muscles and helps in rejuvenating the body cells.

15. Try always to stay in clean and pollution-free environment

16. Periodically, switch off and detach from all your electronic devices and take a break

17. Schedule regular check-ups with your healthcare provider.

18. Live in the present moment and enjoy every bit of life.
