It is highly recommended that after Retirement, whenever you get an opportunity, you must volunteer for social service or for non-profit organizations for the benefit of the community, with the aim to give back to the society. It is considered higly beneficial for the physical, mental & emotional health of Retirees.
Most of us have reached retirement because we’ve benefited — directly or indirectly — from what society provided:

Giving back is a way of saying, “I acknowledge the help I’ve received, and I want to make sure the next generation benefits too.”

Why Giving Back After Retirement Matters – The Vishvasniya Way
With the aim of giving it back to society, I have created a NGO: Vishvasniya Education Foundation to provide free online coaching to school students aspiring to join Defence services as Officers or in other Ranks. I am soliciting support from other Veterans & like minded volunteer to assist me in my effort.
Our Vision
To empower and prepare aspiring students with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed for entry into Indian Defence forces, through online free coaching.
Our Mission
To provide high-quality, accessible, and free online coaching to school students preparing for defence entrance exams.
We aim to:
To reach out & coach maximum school children in India for defence exams without the burden of fees.
Utilise innovative inter-active learning tools to ensure effective preparation.
Provide mentorship and motivation to help students achieve their dreams of serving the nation
To gather support from & motivate defence veterans & other like minded volunteers to join in this noble effort.
The broad highlights of the scheme are:
- A user-friendly portal for imparting training free of cost to candidates appearing for NDA (for officer category in all the three services) and Airmen (for other ranks category in Air Force), It is also envisaged to include children of class VI and IX for Sainik School entrance competitive exams.
- The portal would also have repositories of study notes, previous Question papers with answer keys, syllabus and examination scheme for each entry.
- Counselling to the students desirous of seeking career in Defence would also be given.
- The portal would be mobile friendly, as most of the users are likely to be on mobile.
