Retired as Air Marshal Mahesh Kumar Malik ( Nick name Miki Malik) from Indian Air Force in July 2017. Qualifications include three post-graduate degrees and a number of qualifications in Management and Information systems. Have had a vast experience in Management of Operations and Administration in an organisation which has a nation wide spread with an employee strength of over 150,000. Administrative skills include project Management, infrastructure, HR, Security and Disaster Relief. Out of interest and in an effort to share aspects on improving quality of life after retirement, started the Blog ‘Refine your Life’ to cover all areas of interest for 50 plus community.
